Gumdrops and Cyborgs

Thought I would share a couple of shots from one of my sketchbooks. Some brainstorming and daydreaming during class.  That gumdrop's going on a coffee cup!

MORNING! This was drawn last semester. I still identify with it. This particular image was placed on a coffee mug for a class project. I figured it would be nice to share it with anyone passing by.

Back Surgery

I owe an explanation for the lack of finished pieces in the first year of graduate school. I had a ruptured L5-S1 disk that was pressing on my sciatic nerve starting around Thanksgiving. I had the fragment removed in February. There will be more pieces in the next few weeks. Since I doubt anyone is reading this or really cares I'm going to hold the "M" key for a little while:
